Payment: All lots are sold AS IS-WHERE IS and become the property and liability of the buyer
at the close of the auction. If you want to pay with check or cash feel free to pay upon pickup at
the ranch, (let me know if you would like to do this). If you are purchasing online – I have square
set up (buyer will be charged a 3% convenience fee on top of their total) OR money can be wired
Monday 3/18/2024 with a wiring fee through the bank.
No Pigs will leave the ranch or be delivered without paymen
