Our family has been raising Targhee sheep for four generations. Our ranch is located in Carter County in Southeastern Montana. These ewes are from our registered flock bred up from bucks bought at the Montana Ram Sale. Wool production is a main focus of our sheep program with consistently low microns and high yielding fleeces. Our wool core test included these yearling ewes as well as our aged ewes—20.8 micron. 59.6% yield and a comfort factor of 97.9%.
