Animals will be processed at Stillwater Packing Company in Columbus, MT. All processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers who would like to have animals processed at another location will take possession immediately following the sale and will be responsible for arranging their own processing and meat delivery. No animals will be held for delayed pickup at the fairgrounds.

Meat delivery will be provided by the Judith Basin County Fairboard to the following locations: Lewistown, Stanford, Hobson, and Geyser. Buyers are responsible for pickup. The Fairboard will contact buyers with a time and date after the sale.
We don’t charge buyers for pounds over our maximum:
Only charge buyers up to 1500 lbs. for beef, up to 325 lbs. for swine, up to 120 lbs. for goats, and up to 165 lbs. for sheep. If they weigh over that, they get pounds for free!
