Atlas brings a lot to the table in terms of disposition, build and pedigree. This colt has been a
favorite at the ranch by all who have seen him this spring. Atlas brings endless possibilities weather
you ranch, rodeo or just want a solid mount for shooting sports, he will be your go to guy. His sire
“Big Country” has competed and won in several cutting events including the Nile, and as a breeding
stallion he has a great disposition in and out of the arena. His sire has had a few colts compete and have sold well at the Nile. Atlas has quite the mother, she is one of
the absolute best mares we have owed to date. This mare never competed as a pro but will put athleticism, great minds and a hip that never ends in her offspring. His
mother has always produced out top selling colts. Atlas is hard to let go because he was going to be the next great ranch horse for us but we always want to offer our
best and that’s why he is here. Atlas is good to be around and has hauled very well for being so young, he loads right up in the trailer like he’s been doing it his whole life.
Atlas will mature between 14.2 and 15 hands. Come check this guy out on sale day, you wont be disappointed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Terms of sale are cash, personal check, cashier’s check (U.S. Funds), credit cards (with 4% convenience fee added). In addition to cost of horse, brand inspection fee & health inspection fee for each horse purchased. Each animal sells to the highest bidder with auctioneer settling bidding disputes. Registration paper and transfer will be given to the buyer at the sale- if ALL information is complete on the transfer- including the sellers’, the horses’, the sale and the buyer’s information. All incomplete transfers will be held along with the registration paper, until the secretary is contacted with the complete buyer information. Any consignors that do not have registration papers back from AQHA need to mail them to SBLS Secretary, and then they will be sent onto the buyer, along with the transfer. Announced catalog changes on sale day take precedence over this printed book. Horses will sell in catalog order unless otherwise specified. A Wyoming Veterinarian and Wyoming State Brand Inspector will be at the sale to assist buyers. ALL horses sell with a negative Coggins test and current health papers. We strongly encourage buyers to carefully inspect the horses before bidding. There are no further guarantees unless specified by seller. All horses are buyer’s property as soon as sold; and buyer assumes all liability & expense. No delivery is available until final settlement on all purchases. Buyers must arrange for care of horses at their own risk until delivery of horse(s). Consignors will provide a Halter and lead rope for each horse sold. SBLS or its members or the Sheridan County Fairgrounds assume no liability for defects in the quality, soundness, or condition of the horses-WHATSOEVER.
