I was planning on keeping her and then her sister ""Mocha"" got hurt! So now Lucke gets to come to the sale. Their dams are FULL sisters, so their pedigrees are a carbon copy of each other! ""Lucke"" brings together some great ranch horse and performance horse bloodlines. Her sire is our new stallion- JG Smart Lil Colonel aka “Suede” a 2021 Buckskin Roan. This year makes year two of “Suede” babies, and he did’t disappoint. He’s out of a daughter of Smart Little Jerry who has NCHA earnings of $197,389 and produce earning in excess of $2,800,000. His pedigree has numerous great horses including Colonel Freckles, Doc Olena, Freckles Playboy, Docs Hickory, etc. He has a phenomenal disposition, is smooth, thick muscled, solid feet/legs and so pretty! To add to this beautiful buttermilk buckskin filly; we introduce her mama, Lucky Sugar Sparks a gorgeous bay daughter of Im Lucky Today & Kahoola Sparkle. “Lucky” was my boy- we purchased him as an aged stallion, he had such a personality and had such respect for his people. Her dam a Mr Sparkle Bar/Devil Cat Dancer bred mare, came from Jim and Joni Hunt of the Open Box Rafter Ranch- S.D. Miss Mocha will load and unload, and has several weeks of groundwork. “Lucke” is eligible for the AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge & current on worming. HORSE(S) WILL NOT BE LOADED OUT UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. SALE STAFF WILL CALL YOU FOR PAYMENT INFORMATION. CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY- VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER; BANK WIRES MUST BE SENT ON MONDAY FOLLOWING THE SALE.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Terms of sale are cash, personal check, cashier’s check (U.S. Funds), credit cards (with 4.5% convenience fee added). In addition to cost of horse, brand inspection fee & health inspection fee for each horse purchased. Each animal sells to the highest bidder with auctioneer settling bidding disputes. Registration paper and transfer will be given to the buyer at the sale- if ALL information is complete on the transfer- including the sellers’, the horses’, the sale and the buyer’s information. All incomplete transfers will be held along with the registration paper, until the secretary is contacted with the complete buyer information. Any consignors that do not have registration papers back from AQHA need to mail them to SBLS Secretary, and then they will be sent onto the buyer, along with the transfer. Announced catalog changes on sale day take precedence over this printed book. Horses will sell in catalog order unless otherwise specified. A Wyoming Veterinarian and Wyoming State Brand Inspector will be at the sale to assist buyers. ALL horses sell with a negative Coggins test and current health papers. We strongly encourage buyers to carefully inspect the horses before bidding. There are no further guarantees unless specified by seller. All horses are buyer’s property as soon as sold; and buyer assumes all liability & expense. No delivery is available until final settlement on all purchases. Buyers must arrange for care of horses at their own risk until delivery of horse(s); all horses must be removed from the fairgrounds by Monday following the sale. Consignors will provide a Halter and lead rope for each horse sold. SBLS or its members, Black Label Livestock and Sheridan County Fairgrounds assume no liability for defects in the quality, soundness, or condition of the horses–WHATSOEVER.
