When cattle purchased “sight unseen” are delivered, the
buyer can inspect the cattle. If they are not as represented,
simply put them back on our truck.

We encourage all of you to stop by and coordinate delivery plans before leaving the Sale. If you are
buying off-site, please let us know of any special instructions as soon as you can. Otherwise, we will
contact you regarding date of delivery. Your cooperation in taking delivery is greatly appreciated.
Bull Delivery
In order to better service our customers, we offer FREE NATIONWIDE BULL DELIVERY. For the
western states we will make every effort to deliver the bulls to your doorstep. For our customers
East of the Mississippi River, we ask your cooperation with potential drops at Central Delivery
Points.
To our neighbors to the north, we are happy to bring you your bulls, however due to increasing
scrutiny at the border, having the Canadian resident present, eases the process. If meeting at
the border is not possible, we ask to share in a portion of crossing fees. Thank you for your
understanding.
We will continue to offer a pickup credit of $100 per head for all bulls picked up within 7 days of
the sale.
Payment Details:
Payment is due at time of sale and no livestock shall be delivered
until payment is received in full or other arrangements are made
in writing. In the event Seller incurs attorney fees and costs for
collection of payment, Purchaser shall pay the purchase price,
interest at the statutory rate and all costs and attorney fees for
collection. Past due accounts will be subject to 2% interest per
month.
