Well folks, we’ll see who’s been paying attention, here is the one
of the top sons of the great Crouch Congress to sell today. He has
nearly flawless EPD’s that put him in the top of any program. Crouch
Congress was the top sire group in the fall sale and will probably be again
in the spring sale. Lot 63 has a double digit CED and a top 10% BW, very
good growth, outstanding HP, very good CEM, controlled mature height,
excellent fluid longevity, tremendous foot scores, top 15% marbling with
big-time dollar values.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This sale is being conducted under the suggested terms and conditions
adopted by the American Angus Association effective March 16, 1992.
Except for those stated in the terms and conditions, there are no warranties,
either expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for particular
purpose with respect to the cattle being sold in this auction. The
warrantees and guarantees set forth in the “Terms and Conditions are in
Lieu of all warranties, either expressed or implied and remedies provided
there in shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer (or any party
claiming through buyer) for all other obligations or liabilities. A copy of the
Association Terms and Conditions will be available sale day for inspection.
THE GUARANTEE
All bulls will be covered 50% by Green Mountain Angus & Rooney Angus
if they are injured during their first breeding season and unable to return
to service during that first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as
the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a replacement
bull is available, he will be provided, or if a buyer prefers credit towards a
bull in the following year’s sale, 50% of the value of the injured bull, minus
one-half salvage value will be given as credit. All injured bulls must be
diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please notify us as soon as possible should
injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All claims
must be made by September 1st, 2026.
