Heifer Bull - You will no doubt find this bull come sale day. I purchased his
mother in the Oxbow sale a few years ago. Ken Cook from the Oxbow had
purchased a Jetstream son from us and when I delivered that bull, I noticed
a small bunch of cows in a nearby pen. Once I got to the pen, I Immediately
went straight to a cow that looked phenomenal in the pen of cows. It was this
bulls mother, and soon after I called to find out what she was. Ken informed
me that this was his favorite cow ever on the ranch. Well, that’s a pretty good
complement in my book. So, when she came available at the sale I knew I had
better make a run at her. Ken was at the sale and I asked him again about the
cow and he said I think I remember telling you what I thought and smiled.
Lots of potential here. Oxbow also still AI’s to her full brother. 101 on her
calves.
