Yearling Bull
Lot 1 starts the sale with a bull that checks all of the boxes. He is a prime
example of what we strive for as registered seed stock producers.
• Since birth, he demands your attention as he strides out on a strong foot. He’s
got a beautiful square hip and carries his muscle mass down to his lower 1/3.
• His mother is earning her way to the donor pen, just as his grandmother, D18
did, weaning 3 at 110 and staying within her calving interval every year. She
is a beautiful cow that adds her attractiveness to this massive Prolific son.
• Lot 1 posted one of the highest adj weaning weight in the sale of 826 lbs. Take
a look at his EPDs and you’ll see he ranks in the top 2% for weaning weight and
carcass weight and the top 3% for yearling weight. He posts a +125 for $F.
• Putting all of this together, you’ll realize lot 1 is a cow bull that is going to add
weight and carcass to your calves while keeping them sound far into maturity.
