on every bull selling. Buyer receives full
possession and salvage value. Gaugler
Angus has the right to collect semen at
our expense and the buyer’s convenience.
• These heifers come straight out of our replacement pen. We
have a really big sort on these and truly believe these young
females will make exceptional cows.
• Vaccinated with Bovi-shield Gold FP5 VL5 and poured with
Dectomax in November.
• We will supply semen on one of our calving ease herd bulls
should the buyer chose to AI them next Spring.

a binding contract between buyer and seller. Terms of the sale are cash
or check payable at the close of the sale and prior to load-out unless
other arrangements have been made with the owner in advance. Animals
will be sold to the highest bidder with auctioneer settling dispute as
to bid. Announcements at the sale by owner or auctioneer will take
precedence over statements in the sale catalog or supplement. Each
animal becomes the buyer’s risk as soon as it is sold, but will be cared
for by the seller until load-out or for a reasonable period of time.
Everyone attending the sale does so at their own risk and Gaugler Angus, or their agents assume no liability,
legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. Except for those
