Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with the auctioneer settling any dispute as to bids. All cattle will be sold according to the health regulations of the State of Montana. Interstate health certificates will be furnished. On all registered cattle in the sale, registration papers will be transferred to their new owner at the seller’s expense.
