• BASIN JOY 2015 is a top producing young donor cow. While she is an extreme
calving ease female, she is also exceptionally powerful in her phenotype. She is
tremendously deep bodied, easy fl eshing, and productive, with a progeny record
of 2 NR 111, 2 YR 108, 4 IMF 100 and 4 RE 107.
• BASIN JOY 2015 has been a very consistent embryo producer, having been
fl ushed 8 times and making a total of 66 good quality embryos. With most all of
those embryos transferred for calves in the spring of 2018, she is going to have a
signifi cant and long term impact in the Basin Angus herd.
• The Dam of BASIN JOY 2015 has produced daughters that are working as donors
in numerous herds around the country. Daughters of BASIN JOY 566T include
BASIN JOY 1036, second high selling cow in the 2016 Stars of Montana sale
to Montana Ranch (She is the Dam of BASIN RAINMAKER 4404, herd sire at
EZ Angus and a new addition to the GENEX lineup) and BASIN JOY 2006 that
still resides in the Basin Angus herd (She is the Dam of BASIN ADVANCE 5016,
herd sire at Express Ranches) and numerous feature females sold by Express
Ranches and Teixeira Cattle Company.
