My oh my, it is a 7' tree with vintage ornaments and garland. Lights make the ornaments sparkle.
This tree takes me back to my childhood. Under the tree is a wooden train, puzzle, nuts (my favorite is a filbert), potholder, embroidered dish towel and yarn supplies. This rocker is where I will be, covered with a throw made with log cabin blocks donated by Susie Tuss. Sue Kalina sewed them together and Kathy Bibler quilted it. Oh how comfortable it is to sit here and knit with my supplies close by in their container and put my feet on this warn rug sewn by Barb Berg. The vintage milk bottles are filled with past times of years gone by, jacks, marbles, and pennies. Putting the Santa puzzle together will be fun on a snowy evening.
