Gaugler Angus retains 1/3 semen interest
on every bull selling. Buyer receives full
possession and salvage value. Gaugler
Angus has the right to collect semen at
our expense and the buyer’s convenience.
Buyer’s choice of Lots 2 or 3. We will retain the other bull.
• Lots 2 & 3 were used to breed registered cows this summer.
• These two bulls are embryo transfer bulls bred by Ray Gardner and
sired by Redland Trendsetter.
• Their 528 dam, who was sold to Momchil Mihaylov of Bulgaria,
has been a phenomenal cow. She is an embryo producing
machine. Her offspring have inherited her massive depth of rib,
extraordinary growth, and desirable disposition all while standing
on excellent feet and legs. These cattle are designed to shine in any
environment. It was not an easy decision to let one of these bulls
go, and we would like to collect him next Spring (at our expense).
• Genomics rank Lots 2 & 3 in the top 10% of the breed for weaning
weight, and top of the breed for scrotal and docility.

a binding contract between buyer and seller. Terms of the sale are cash
or check payable at the close of the sale and prior to load-out unless
other arrangements have been made with the owner in advance. Animals
will be sold to the highest bidder with auctioneer settling dispute as
to bid. Announcements at the sale by owner or auctioneer will take
precedence over statements in the sale catalog or supplement. Each
animal becomes the buyer’s risk as soon as it is sold, but will be cared
for by the seller until load-out or for a reasonable period of time.
Everyone attending the sale does so at their own risk and Gaugler Angus, or their agents assume no liability,
legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. Except for those
specifically herein stated in writing, there are no further warranties or
