American Outcross- One of the best we've put through the sale ring, by a homerun cow that has always raised top calves! She is a descendant of our largest cow family, which is also our highest marbling cow family. Look at this bell curve from 8 calves:

Each year our Lot 23 bull has to go through the same intense scrutiny as our Cattle Baron Cigars. From quality of the leaves, through the rigorous fermenting and then the final aging; all done in a natural environment, which is a chal-lenge. This process takes close to 18 months and is passed through many, many hands during this delicate process. But the time and effort is well worth it, as our cigars are rated 90-93 and that is an enviable benchmark to reach in the cigar world.
There are many Lot 23 contenders, but only one wears the crown each year!
