Sampsel Livestock - 10 HD Targhee Yearlings
We are offering 10 non-registerable yearling ewes from our flock. These ewe lambs had a 20.1-micron core test and have been running alongside our mature ewes and lambs throughout the summer. They are expected to deliver approximately a 175% lamb crop. Their mothers are barn-lambed and have been managed with guard dogs on native range, including range with leafy spurge. These yearlings have been developed on range and hay ground without supplementation, emphasizing a practical, forage-based production system and the kind of hardiness we look for in our flock.
